If these changes go through, can Kindred at least be basekit now?

Solo survivor queues are tough enough as they are, however the changes seem to gut a lot of perks that made playing solo somewhat manageable. Though is it too crazy to ask for at least kindred to be a base ability for all survivors now?

they don’t care about solo q players. Best advice is to either find a SWF, play only killer or quit.
