Overabundance of Endurance perks
Overall I’m a fan of the new perk overhaul, although sad to see one of my favorite builds (vault build) get removed with Spine Chill’s nerf.
What I’m more worried about though is the introduction of many new Endurance perks in the game, and stacking them together. Basekit BT (which don’t get me wrong, I feel is necessary to have in the game), new DH, new Off The Record (which imo is the most ridiculously busted change that’s upcoming), and new WGLF. Those along with Soul Guard and MoM. Imagine getting unhooked BT, equipped with DH, Off The Record active and MoM also active. Then add in a Styptic. You literally would be able to tank 5 hits. I feel like this patch, while 90% of it is good and I’m excited for the upcoming changes, went a little overboard with these Endurance perks.
Also, no mention of Guardian in this update is kind of weird, considering basekit BT as well as new (perk) BT basically do its effect.

Now its time for exposed to ignore endurance

I feel it all depends on what kind of endurance it is. There's 2 types in the game, the more common "Take a hit and enter deep wounds", and the Mettle of Man "completely no-sell the hit" type of endurance. The former I'm pretty sure has built in anti-synergy as if you're in deep wounds from one, you go down on the next hit no matter what (unless it's a Legion frenzy hit I guess lol). Because deep wounds is not the same as the injured state as far as perk activation is concerned.

To my understanding, you can't stack endurance effects once you are in deep wound. I'm not sure how this interaction will work in the future, but I'm pretty sure they know that this would get out of hand if you could just stack endurance effect perks.

I don't believe the base unhook endurance, BT and Off The Record would all stack.
If you get hit in those first 5 seconds, you'll be using up all three effects in that one hit.
Although I suppose there may be a possibility in somone else rapidly mending you and still being within OTRs 80s, if the perk didn't already deactivate during the BT window.
