Perks: Tier 1 Nurse's Calling, Tier Ruin, Tier 1 Devour Hope, Tier 2 Surveillance
Map: Coldwind Farm
Frequency: Entirety of the game when crouched, haven't played since
Issue: Every time pig is crouched, text shows up on screen(example in screenshot).
