Brand New Parts still not working?

I've been testing the BNP on different maps and different generators places, but they seem to not do anything anymore. It used to actually give a 5% progression for each difficult skill check you succeed...Is the team taking care of the bug fixes aware of that issue?
It's cool to increase gen repair by 10 seconds and give -2.5% regression bonus each time a killer stomp a gen, but damn can we have an add-on that actually works?
