Hooks too close to eachother (2 hooks in 2/3m radius)

Platform PC / Steam.
On farm maps, most of the time I see the hooks too close to eachother, for example like in the screenshots. And there were no offerings for hooks distance reduction.

I shared this on my Tumblr before, actually.... thought it was just a weird, one-off thing that happened. Is it a glitch specific to Coldwind, though?
