Changes look really good overall, If they get through PTB I'll probably start playing again.
It looks like they hired someone who actually plays the game to help with balance. Base Killer buffs look small but given how tight chases often are may have more of an effect than expected.
The kick buff is appreciated since now kick does beat the action economy of the survivor that fixes the damage, though given survivors have 4x the actions at any time it's still not worth the time to kick a gen unless your killer speeds it up.
Most of the killer perk nerfs are fair, with only Pop and maybe ruin being hit too hard. The others were changed to keep why people use them while adding an interesting drawback
The survivor perk nerfs are great, especially the deadhard rework. no-more annoying window dashes, but a successful deadhard now creates a massive amount of distance from the killer given they're stuck in hitstun, but to compensate you can't immediately hop on a gen afterwards. Whichever balance team members made this change deserve a raise IMO. Spine-chill was arguably hit too hard, but I'm glad crabwalking is mostly dead.
All of the killer perk buffs look great, looking forward to running basement clown with new shrine and doctor with new coulraphobia.
Survivor perk buffs are mostly good. OTR is annoying since flashing the killer and body blocking the killer are not conspicuous actions but absolutely contribute to the game. On the flip side, Dark Sense is buffed for Solo Survivors and arguably nerfed for SWF which is nice. Hope and NOLB changes look frustrating, but if the gates never open they've wasted their perk slot.
Only way it could be better is if there was a deathslinger rework or reversion.
