The perk activate once After repairing a generator for a total of 90 seconds,
Whlie the perk is active, you are able to see the auras of any broken pallet or any other specific pallet spawning location highlighted in white aura at a distance of 10 meters
Press and hold the active ability button for 8/7/6 second Whlie standing right beside on any chosen spot of any pallet that are highlighted in white aura to call upon the entity to create a pallet, the perk is then deactivate.
Creating a pallet causes your aura to be revealed to the killer for 3 seconds
Only one pallet can be spawned once per-one same location per-match
The perk cannot be used to spawn breakable walls or pallets that are in the killer shack
Is it fair or useless perk?

The Killer's victory comes at the cost of Survivors using the Pallets on the map, and you want 4 more pallets?

It's a great concept, but it's exploitable I suppose this is how the devs feel when trying to create new ideas for their perks, but I see this as a perk that swf would use and that isn't a good thing. Imagine survivors using up shack pallets effectively 5 times. You would have to avoid strong pallets creating safe zones because you don't want to waste that much time at a strong pallet and this perk will effectively make those areas usable over and over again.

This perk rewards survivors for wanting to finish gens ASAP, and then depending on the map, allows them to spawn multiple god pallets again. Seems way too strong

I must have accidentally read over that part my apologies, but it still doesn't change the fact that this perk gives too much value, if there weren't super valuable pallets on maps and they were all 50/50's I wouldn't be so bothered by it, but this isn't the case even with the only one time rule this is still too strong.

Pallets should never be able to be brought back once destroyed.
