BNP change maybe?

So, even though BNP's only give 25% for hitting 2 skillchecks, that's still really strong in general, my proposed change would be to make it so BNPs could just stop any forms of regression for say, 25 seconds, rather than just free progress by hitting two easy skillchecks, and no they aren't difficult unless you just installed the game, and also don't tell me current BNPs are "used strategically" because let's be real here, people use it to rush the first gen out with Prove Thyself
