We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
For the people and blood pact issue

If you heal someone using blood pact with for the people, the person using blood pact gets the haste effect for the rest of the match.
