If they are reworking the bloodweb, then buying the teachable perks on the shrine of secrets is pretty pointless now, isn't it?

    Imo it was always useless to buy perks on the shrine when you could grind bp and save shards for anything else.

    Its still a good idea for characters you dont own or dont wanna dump points into. Any you have unlocked or unlock post patch will still pop up in webs by rng.
