Any and all S tier killers will be accidental and probably need to be a buggy mess in the ptb in order for people not to realize how good they are so they can be released in the wild.

Blight is pretty powerful too.

Blight is S, no killer can compete with his mobility and his addons are outright crazy.

No. They'll nerf any good killer to be mediocre before it gets out of PTR (while also failing to buff any awful killer to even mediocre levels until some fictitious, future "Mid-Chapter" that never actually comes)

I like your last paragraph but buffing bottom up is a survivor thing in this community (solo - swf). Killers only get the top trimmed ( proven by billy spirit and nurse)
