do the perks that i have bought in the shrine of secrets before the ptb still get unlocked on every character?

    Oh you mean, to have them availible in the PTB?

    Well it depends... When you log into the PTB, your progression is few days old. There is some period of time and day that is choosen for the PTB. So your save file is few days old on the PTB.

    So if you bought it week ago? Probably.

    If you bought it this week? Probably not.

    If you mean what I think you mean, if you've already unlocked perks via the Shrine of Secrets prior to the mid-chapter update, they'll be available on your other characters at Tier 1 automatically.

    Nothing will be lost going into the new system.

    Current teachables will be treated the same as a fresh P1 in the new system.

    So if you have any character perks that you can currently find in your bloodwebs, whether you unlocked them at level 30/35/40 or purchased from the SoS, then they will automatically be unlocked at tier 1 for all characters when the new system goes live.
