Steam - A way to clone DLCs
A bug that let you clone DLCs between Steam accounts.
What you need is: one computer, two steam accounts linked with their respective BHVR accounts, a DLC you want to clone on one of those steam accounts.
Both accounts must have already been used on this one computer at least once.
What you do then is log in on Steam using the account owning the DLC. After opening Steam, go to upper left corner, click “Steam” and go to “Settings”. Now enter the “Family” tab and check “Authorize Library Sharing on this computer”. Below this you can now give other accounts access to your library (game and DLCs), do it.
Now switch to the second account (the one without DLC) and simply start the game. Shared library will give you access to the DLC. This will now be synced with BHVR account and next thing you know you can use this DLC freely on this account (it won’t be visible on Steam).
I discovered this bug by accident, and I don’t think it’s causing much harm. Not a lot of people seem to know about this and to use it you must personally know someone with desired DLCs. However, it lets you clone chapters such as “Stranger things” and it might cause some legal problems.
Good luck fixing it.
