Fan Made Chapter: About Time and Death
New Killer: The Reaper
[At this point I just skip the background storys. If you are interested just message me!]
Weapon: The Scythe
Ability: Grim Reaper's Veil
⦁ The reaper has no terror radius. Instead, the whisper of the Entitus will be heard and a little giggle of the reaper
⦁ He moves normally 4.6m / s.
⦁ With each successful hit, his terror radius increases by 4 meters. He can have max. 10 stacks.
The running speed of the reaper increases by 0.25% per meter. He is immune to perks that influence his terror radius.
⦁ The reaper can move freely during all activities. He can use his scythe to destroy a palette while moving, but he can not attack while doing a action, actions take 50% longer, and his movement speed is reduced by 60% while destroying the palett.
⦁ The skill button allows him to place his scythe in his place and use it, allowing him to attack survivors who have misplaced themself. His scythe comes back when you use the skill button again.
⦁ Compared to other killers, an attack is slower, allowing survivors to react better.
⦁ The Reaper can leave a piece of his scythe and hang survivors there. For this he needs 7 stacks, which he consumes. Survivors hanged in this way immediately enter the struggle phase. They can be killed for 90 seconds with your own hand.
⦁ If he successfully hooks someone, he gain temporarely the maximum of stacks. After someone get safed he has the same amount of tokens, that he had before hooking. He can not win any stacks for 20 seconds after the survivor has left the hook.
Strengths:
- Very fast for a better map control
- Can have a deadly lategame, if his power got all stacks
- Can move while destroying a generator or palett, so he can still make pressure
- His terrorradius is very small at the beginning allowing him to sneak up to survivors
- Is not good loopable due his scythe-placement
Weaknesses:
- He has trouble against sneaky survivors that dont feed his power
- Is weak against strong window places
- His attack can be dodged, if he times it wrong
- His scythe needs practice otherwhise you will have a hard time catching survivors
Perks:
Necrophobia
The fear of death breaks the spirit of your victims.
If a survivor hangs on a hook, survivors walking speed decreases by 2% to a maximum of 8% as they move closer to the hanging survivor.
A person in dying state recovers 20% slower and his movement speed is decreased by 15%
Survivors with Calm Spirit are not affected by the effect.
Traitor
You are obsessed with one survivor.
Each time you successfully hit your obsession, all survivors receive one / one / two negative status effects for 20/30/40 seconds.
(Available status effects would be Hemorrhage, Cursed, Blindness, Exposed and Exhausted.)
If you successfully sacrifice or kill your obsession, all survivors will be wounded and receive the status effect of Broken for 60 seconds.
Only one obsession per trial.
Frenzy of Rage
Fall into a rage for 25 seconds each time a survivor hangs on the hook or was injured for 80/70/60 seconds. If the effect is disabled, the timer will start again.
As long as Frenzy of Rage is active, the cooldown of successful hits is reduced by 50% and you can interrupt healthy survivors.
When the exitgates are energized, the effect is automatically maintained for 30 seconds.
New Survivor: Kai Erishk
Perks:
All trumps on the hand
Your fascination and practice for drawing taught you precision and creativity.
You get a guaranteed Map with a Glass Bead. Maps consume 30/40/50% slower
While crouching you are still able to use your map..
Never alone
Every 30 seconds of proximity, if you are within 8 meters of a Survivor and outside the Terror radius of the Killer, you will receive one to max. 8 tokens.
For each received token you heal others 15/10/5% slower.
Get the following properties for the appropriate number of tokens:
1-3 Tokens: The first, second, and third tokens increase your action speed like vaulting a window by 2% each.
4-6 Tokens: Your aura ability is increased by 4 meters for the fourth, fifth, and sixth tokens.
7. Tokens: Outside the terror radius of the killer you are moving 10/15/20% faster.
8 Tokens: If you have collected 8 tokens, the next stun caused by palettes is increased by 3 seconds. You will lose all received tokens.
Hand on the heart
Use the action button to team up with a survivor once per round to protect him.
As long as you are connected, you can see the auras of each other outside 52/36/20 meters.
If the person who did not activate this perk is hit, the connected partner gets the hit instead.
Your covenant is destroyed, the aural ability is preserved.
The killer sees the aura of the person who activate this perk for 5 seconds.
A person who is already connected to someone can not use his hand on the heart neither of it again affected.
Hand on the heart can just used once per Trial.
(A successful hand-on-the-heart activation is visible in the UI with the appropriate partner for everyone)

Interesting playstyle and useful I mean if you time it right you can save a player that is on the last hook by taking the fall at the exit gates as they rush in past ya1

Personally I don't understand the power. You said when he uses his scythe to hook someone it consumes all the tokens. Then later said it gives max tokens?
Necrophobia seems like a buffed phanatraphobia. If coupled together then it's too op. Personally think this perk needs reworked.
Traitor seems ok but all the other survivors shouldn't be given broken or hemorrhage when they are full health. Broken could be given after the obsession is sacrificed but not before.
Frenzy of Rage is ok I could see some people using it in weird perk builds.
All trumps on hand is good but it can't be in the game because I think it makes the teachable perk of tapps a bit worthless. I prefer it to tapps perk but they won't add it.
Never along is don't like personally. I'd basically get it to 8 Tokens and deliberately not pallet drop a killer to save the tokens. At 7 tokens is it just faster movement speed or repair speed?
Hand at the heart wouldn't be fair to the killer. If someone is good at looping the killer people will just keep taking their hits to keep them going. The killer should be shown the aura of the injured survivor for 3 seconds to make it fair. Personally I think there is a better version of this idea where survivors dash in front of an injured survivor to protect them.1 -

I actually ment, that if you hook someone you gain temporarely max tokens. After someone get safed you have the same amount of tokens, that you had before hooking. If you hook someone with his scythe you loose 7 tokens for the effect.

Personally I think there is a better version of this idea where survivors dash in front of an injured survivor to protect them.I dont actually feel like it is a really unfair perk. You can just use it once per trial. And dont forget that his hit comes through.
Just for an example: A survivor used this perk early game. The person didnt used that perk got hit, but the person who used it is injured, so this person goes into the dying state and the effect is gone. Just the aura-ability stays.
The hole concept is to take a risk and safe a mate, that really needs your help. It is easier to use that perk instead of bodyblocking in some situations.0 -
