Rubber banding

I'm sure it's been posted already.
I've had the occasional rubber banding (roughly 1 game in 8 or 9), with the very occasional "cost the game" rubber banding.
But since this morning it's non-stop. Every game, over 20 times, I keep getting slinged back.
I'm assuming it's a servers thing or whatnot.
