This chapter is inspired by the music video for White Whale by Shadow Academy.
New Killer: The Captain
Description: A one armed whaling ship captain.
Weapon: Harpoon
Speed: 4.4m/s armed/ 4.6m/s unarmed
Power: Captain's Revenge
You can throw your Harpoon in a mid range arc. Survivors are injured within a 4m radius of the landing zone. After you've thrown your Harpoon you are unarmed and use your fist as your weapon, but are unable to lunge attack.
You are able to teleport to your Harpoon with the activate ability button to rearm yourself or walk over it to pick it up.

Perks
White Whale: You become obsessed with one survivor. After chasing the Obsession for 50/40/30 seconds this perk activates. All survivors besides the Obsession suffer the Exposed status effect for 30 seconds.
Seen A Ghost: When your aura is revealed to any survivor, they scream and suffer the Incapacitated status effect for 8/12/16 seconds.
Hex: Poison Heart: If there is at least 1 Dull Totem in the Trail Ground, Hex: Poison Heart is activated on a random Dull Totem after hitting 2 survivors with basic attacks. Once activated all survivors suffer a 4%/8%/12% stacking healing penalty. If any Totems have been cleansed, a Rekindled Totem can activate at 50% the power of a normal Hex.
(I plan on making a lot of revisions to this and add a lot of stuff like a survivor and add ons. Any feedback is appreciated.)

Captain Ahab would make an interesting choice. I picture him having multiple obsessions or even one of the generators being his obsession.

Obviously Moby Dick is a big inspiration for the song, but the captain in the music video is missing an arm, while Ahab is missing a leg.
