Will the new faster pallet breaking be applied to powers?

Will you be able to break pallets faster with killer powers like Nemesis and Blight's rush?

Nope
those have different animations, so they will either not change them, or maybe some of them. But that has to be done on a case-by-case basis.

No, Mandy confirmed that there's no plans to change individual killers this patch. Their pallet break speed and hit recovery when using a killer power will remain the same.
