Will teachable perks stay after prestige update?

I might've completely read over this or missed it. But when the new prestige changes go live, do you still unlock teachable perks at lvl 30,35 & 40? So you can get all the perks on a killer/survivor by only leveling the others to 40/

    The teachable perks via the bloodweb will no longer be a thing - you'll instead unlock their teachable perks by prestiging the character instead. If you have already unlocked the teachables before the update, though, they will be automatically unlocked at Tier 1 on other characters as per what Peanits said below and continue to work, so you're not losing anything.
