Add a bad sports lobby system for people who dc often

Since dc penalties seem to not do very much to prevent people from disconnecting, how about you add in a system where people who dc a lot get placed with others that do the exact same thing. Obviously it wouldn't be permanent once you entered this system but you'd have to play through a certain amount of games without leaving. I realize that bots will be coming eventually to replace people dcing but let's be honest, unless the bots are on the same level as comp players killers will know after some time how to abuse their programming.
