Purple glyph stuck in the air

• Description of the issue
The purple goop appeared in the 2nd floor in the map of Midwich Elementary School. The goop led to a platform which can be jump to the 1st floor and the glyph was spotted in the air and it was unreachable.
• Steps to reproduce (if possible)
It's hard to reproduce since the purple glyph appears randomly in the map
• How often does this occur
I believe it only occurs when purple glyph is moving from 2nd floor to the 1st floor and meanwhile the player spots it. Once the glyph is spotted, it never moves til the game ends.
