Can't leave survivor menu (PS4)

After ending a match as survivor i can't go back to the menu to play killer. I can enter the archives/store/change characters and even search for another match. I can even press the go back button (Circle) and it doesn't let me. I have to restart

Have this sometimes too on PS4.
Something hangs up in the background. I have to close the game and open it again to fix it.
