I believe that if a killer is camping like for example less than 2 gens done in game and this is his/her first (killers) hook this should be implemented

If they are within 12 meters of survivor on hook, the hook timer is paused, UNLESS they are in a chase that the survivor they are chasing goes into radius, the timer will not pause on them and go normally as usual.

But if 3 gens are done or 3 or gens are at 50% with 1 gen done, than the hook timer will NEVER be paused for survivors. This last condition is to prevent survivors abusing it, which is iffy on some games
