I'm on a quest to see how low my MMR can go
I've been playing survivor the past 2 days and I haven't escaped in 10 matches. I've had 3 DCs/suicides in a row, 3 games where I ran the killer for 5 gens and then got camped in the end-game, and the rest I've been getting survivors who can't run a clown for more than 5 seconds.
At this point I've completely given up on trying to escape and raise my MMR to get players around my skill and instead I've opted to just see how low it can go. I'm already getting players that have around 300 hours (I have 2300) so I can't wait to start seeing some with 100 and below.
This is actually more fun than trying to win especially when winning is completely out of your control and the devs even admit this. I've started to realize more and more than skill is not really a factor in the outcome of games, and it's more of a party game. If skill was a factor I wouldn't be getting teammates with 13% of my play time.

Even with new players you will still get some god killers often.

That and every once in a while I'll get a random god team against a bad killer. It's rare but it happens.

Play solo and no swf you'll reach the bottom of the barrel naturally.

They shouldn't have changed the old rank system at least it would work sometimes...

You get people trying to go as low as possible with every MMR system. Interestingly enough with chess it gets really hard because you drop through the levels with particularly bad new players and reach a level where there's only other people actually trying to lose.

Sounds that you're unlucky I escape probably around half of the matches in soloQ for now and get decent teammates who know to do gens. I usually can run killer long enough to give my team time to do them if game is close. Some games I run killer even multiple gens. Some games are just stomps thought were killer kills everyone in less than 4 minutes.

Reference to chess simp on YouTube who does silly challenges like lose all pawns before winning the game or the enemy Queen is a Medusa and anything she can directly see cannot move.
For those of you who don’t play chess you start at 1000 rating. To get to 100 as the poster points out I’m pretty sure you have to actively try.

It will never go low enough to escape strong opposition. Tried this on killer with a disappointing result and then returned to my normal play. After much lack of effort I reached a point that mm had trouble placing me, que would be somewhere around 10min to find sbmm appropriate survivors. Unfortunately this was the minority of matches as anytime the que was faster the lobby would load in with a 3-4 player swf. And just for clarification, these were the swat squad swfs equipped and aimed at demeaning the killer in every fashion possible like nothing but nurse would stop them.
