New Killer Idea (Power, Perks & Map)
So I thought about a new killer: a vampire. I know I'm not the first person to have thought of a vampire and it's not about it having to be a vampire, but more about the abilities and perks themselves. The vampire thing is purely cosmetic, I'm sure a ghost or something completely different would fit well.
Map: an old castle, storm outside with occasional lightning and thunder, pipe organ playing in the main hall
Stats:
Terror Radius – 32 metres, 110 % movement speed, tall height
Powers:
Dark Flight (active power)
Hold down the power button to channel the power. While channelling, you are reduced to 80% movement speed and injured or dying survivors within your terror radius have their location revealed by killer instinct. Survivors that have their location revealed to you this way can see your aura. You can target any vaulting location or higher up ledge you have line of sight on that is not more then 16 metres away and by pressing the attack button, you turn into a swarm of bats and fly on the opposite site of the vault or up the ledge. Letting go of the power button stops the channelling without turning into bats and reverts your movement speed back to normal.
I always wanted a killer with the ability to “jump” up ledges in some way and the power kind of developed from there. Since not every map has a ledge, I tried to improve the power, so it is viable everywhere. Maybe seeing one another while channelling is a bit to much.
Fuelled by Blood (passive power)
For each injured survivor, increase your movement speed by 2% up to 8%.
This means, the killer is the fastest once he injured all survivors, but with each survivor downed (or healed), he will be slowed down again.
Killer Perk: Unending Agony
Survivors that are healed from the injured to the healthy state within 16/24/32 metres of the killer scream and trigger a loud noise notification.
To clarify, this scream only happens after the survivor is healed.
Killer Perk: Narrow Path
Once a survivor escapes the trial all exits are blocked for 6/8/10 seconds.
This perk can hit pretty hard if all survivors try to leave at the same time, maybe the duration should be lower, so even if the killer gets a hook because of this perk, the others can escape in the meantime.
Killer Perk: Hex: Broken Tools
If there is at least one dull totem remaining in the trial grounds, Hex: Broken Tools activates on a random totem each time a survivor tries to use an item for the first time:
- the cursed survivor suffers from the cursed status effect and is unable to use items until Hex: Broken Tools is cleansed.
- for the first 90 seconds, only the cursed survivor is able to cleanse the hex totem.
- the aura of Hex: Broken Tools is revealed to the cursed survivor within 24/20/16 metres.
Basically a Hex: Plaything, but for items. Has also the positive side effect of disabling toxic flash light clickers.
So what are your thought? What do you like? What do you think is to strong or to weak? Also, this is the first time I've posted anything on the forum and English is not my first language, so forgive my mistakes 😁

I really like hex : broken tools.
Currently we only have Franlin's demise to deal with items. Your perk is very cool.
Unending agony is a weaker nurse's calling.
Narrow path should be very tedious to play againt. But I WANT this perk, just to punish t-baggers.
And about the power (and passive power) it seems interesting to block loops effectively.
Passive power reminds me a little bit the oni : weak at the beginning, because you need to hurt survivors, But once the 1st hit is done, you can become a real threat. That would be the same with that killer. Slow at the beginning, then you can pressure survivors enough to prevent them healing.
I like your concept :)

Thank you very much for your feedback! Broken tools is my favorite out of the 3 as well.
I haven't thought about Nurses Calling while creating Unending Agony and you are absolutely right, maybe the range should be increased for Unending Agony, so it is a mapwide notification?
Narrow Path will certainly be a shock for many survivors at first, but I think over time, survivors will start to simply test for it and then leave one at a time while the others are hiding. It would still give the killer more time to catch survivors in the end and be quite useless against only 1 survivor, which I both like.
He does have some similarities with oni in a way that he has to injure survivors to get better, thats true.
