    Actually Overcharge+HL can be pretty strong on Freddy. When they fail a skill check that's 11% regression (almost 9 seconds), and the fact that they will immediately run to a gen with OC to wake up faster means you can circle jerk them on a gen and make them regress it to 0 really fast by sleeping them and kicking the gen repeatedly. It will get to the point they will actually hit the OC skill check and wait for a normal one instead to keep the gen going.

    That said there are way superior options.
