What I would do with the Dredge to make him more fun

Buffs:
- Make him exit locked lockers 0.5 seconds faster, have 10 seconds longer nightfall, and have a 2 second shorter cooldown in daytime. Nerf the addons to make up for it.
- Give him a silent, albeit slower, way to exit a locker
- (Optional) Give him an adaptive cooldown on his power, so the less you teleport the faster it cools down
Nerfs:
- Eliminate Nightfall's effects on survivors within 16 meters of a completed generator. This only applies on its floor. If the Dredge is in this radius, he teleports slower. This is shown to Dredge by the colors coming back from black and white.
- This could be awful for him, but I had an idea where the longer you hold the remnant, the faster you can teleport to it, but the longer it takes to release it. This needs tweaked so that you can't count the meters of the loop and go, "oh it's this long so if he holds it he can't teleport in time." It could help encourage more creative uses of his remnant. Something should be given to him though to help with people who hold W against it instead of trying to outsmart/outloop it.

Dredge is in a good spot other than bugs and not enough lockers on some maps.

Draga is fun as he is now, actually pretty balanced too, imo

Only thing I think he needs is the priorities to be changed up so he doesnt always teleport to locked lockers, and maps that lack lockers need more. As it stands he his HEAVILY map dependant
Both Swamps, Coldwinds, Autohavens and Garden of Joy are the main culprits I can think of
