Volume slider for bloodweb

I think it really is time to finally add a volume slider for the bloodweb. The bloodwebs volume compared to the rest of the game is so loud that I have to lower the games whole volume when spending blood points. It really should not be that much work to implement a second volume slider for bloodwebs. I think a lot of people would also appreciate this feature as I have seen it discussed in many different places before.
