A few questions about the new prestige system

Just a few questions for anyone who might know.

1. Do your characters stay at the same level, even after the prestige? What I mean is;: let's say you are level 50 with 120 perk tiers. That means, I believe, you'd be put at p2. But would you be p2 level 50 or p2 level 1? Or am I misunderstanding completely?

2. Let's say you prestige Dwight to P3. You unlock his personal perks to tier 3 in the process. Then at p4 level 1 Sprint burst tier 2 shows up. You then go and get Meg to p2. Does the perk change to tier 3 for Dwight's bloodweb or does he get nothing for it? And what happens if you get Meg to P3 instead? Does the perk change I'm Dwight's bloodweb then, or does he buy a perk he already has?

3. Same situation as above but instead Dwight buys Sprint burst from the shrine. What happens then?

    1. I'm not 100% sure but I think you stay on the same level.

    2. If you unlock tier 2 of SB in Dwight's bloodweb it will not change if you prestige Meg to P2. It will stay tier 2. However, if you prestige Meg to P3, tier 3 of SB (as well as her other 2 perks) will automatically appear in every other character's inventory, including Dwight's.

    3. A perk bought from the shrine automatically appears in every character's inventory at tier 1. If you already have the perk at tier 1 (through either shrine or prestige) then you can buy it again from the shrine to unlock it at tier 2 for every character. Same goes for tier 3.
