Say i have a survivor at level 40 pre patch, will his teachables be unlocked for all at level 3 post patch or level 1?

    Any teachables you unlocked prior to the mid-chapter going live will unlock the Tier 1 versions on all other characters automatically. Peanits confirmed this in another post.
