do you have to prestige a killer to get their second and third teachables?
ive been playing hillbilly which i fully believe is the worst killer in the game, at least in regards to his power.
But i have been trying to get the lightborn teachable forever and it seems it just refuses to ever spawn on the web

Well the good news is if you wait about a week or two the new midchapter patch will be out and then all you have to do it get Hillbilly to level 50 and prestige him once and all three of his perks will be on all your other killers automatically.

I believe P1 will unlock all 3 teachables, at tier 1

No? are you sure you don't have it yet?
check it from character information or sheet or something in up-right of main menu, there should be clear indicator for teachables.

I don’t know the answer to your question because I don’t know why your teachable wouldn’t have spawned on Hillbilly’s bloodweb at levels 30, 35 or 40.

enduring did which was one of the ones i wanted, but im well past level 50, if it was still counting levels, i would be 65-70 levels on him and no other teachables have spawned

Yeah, the first one should appear at level 30, second at level 35 and third at 40. I’m not aware of any reason they wouldn’t other than a bug?

oh really, every 5 levels? its not been like that on ANY killer. and i have6 or 7 ay level 50. never have prestiged any of them.

Yes. The Orange teachables should show up at 30, 35, and 40. Also AFAIK they *never* go away even if you ignore them for a level or two.
Have you tried leveling another killer to see if Lightborn shows up in their blood web?
Also, even if you are leveling Hillbilly, you do not have to actually play him. I can't play him at all and have barely played him, but I threw BP from other killers at him to get all his perks.

The teachable varients themselves (orange coloured) should spawn at levels 30, 35, and 40 each, and should not stop spawning from the web at each subsequent level until you collect them. Check your "Character Info" tab to ensure they haven't been unlocked, and if not then this is a serious matter for Support because your game seems to be the only one to have not given you teachables.

i have not, ive just been focusing on him so can get his teachable to finish up the perk list i want to use for a build on trapper and a few other killers for pallet crushing. but neither tinker or lightborn ever popped up. enduring did at 30 and that was it.

If you skip the teachable at 30, 35, 40 for whatever reason, it should appear in the subsequent bloodweb until you grab it. Could be bugged but I've never heard of this bug appearing.
If you select Billy in the lobby and hit the 'Character Info' button (F1 on PC, but it'll tell you in the top right for other platforms) what does it show here?

mine looks like that. does that mean i have the teachables? If so i can assure you i never bought the tinkerer or lightborn teachables. I was scouring each bloodweb for it

Yes, if you have a checkmark in all 3 it means you have all 3 teachables available, which means they'll appear on the other Killer's Bloodwebs.

As two posters above mentioned, check your Billy's character info screen. Then check if you have them by leveling somebody else.
If you still don't have them, contact support.
