Spoilers for a movie as old as I am, I guess.

Killer:

The Legend – Brenda Bates https://i.imgur.com/1JhnGfV.gif

Possible Alternative Outfits:

Unmasked - https://i.imgur.com/UvpTcVi.png

Nurse Brenda - https://i.imgur.com/JbXdV20.png

Background:

Brenda Bates lived the charmed life, a pretty girl, grades to get into whatever college she wanted, and ready to get married straight out of high school. That was until a pair of drunk high school girls played out an urban legend, the ‘gang high-beam initiation,’ resulting in the death of her fiancé.

Broken, and driven insane by a lust for vengeance, Brenda infiltrated the lives of the girls who caused the love of her life to die, and one by one, she killed everyone around them, each time re-enacting a classic urban legend.

However it all went wrong in the end, as these things tend to, and Brenda was hurled through a windshield into a raging river. As the cold water embraced her, she felt something else around her. The arms of her lover, waiting for her in whatever came after this life? No, nothing as pleasant as the sweet release of death. The arms belonged to some chitinous beast, and they dragged Brenda deep into the water until it melted into fog.

Alone, again, Brenda found herself lost in the fog, still aching for the vengeance she deserved. One thing was certain however; her legend would live on.

Weapon: Legend’s Axe - https://i.imgur.com/4yd2p7l.png – When a killer’s lurking nearby, it may be best to remain calm. No need to lose your head.

Power: The Gang High-beam Initiation

After a short channel, the Legend becomes invisible and her red stain is hidden, and her terror radius is halved. (24m by default, same as Hag/Spirit) If a survivor within her terror radius looks directly at her while she is hidden, they see bright shining high beams. (This cannot be seen at all unless looking directly at where she is, there’s no shine to give away her location, just the terror radius. Upon seeing the bright lights, the survivor receives the “Dazed” debuff. Their controls for turning left and right (both camera and running) are inverted for 5 seconds. When this occurs the Legend reappears with a stain as normal.

Secondary; If a survivor successfully blinds the Legend with a flashlight, they too will be blinded. She will still be blinded and drop survivors as usual.

“The gang high-beam initiation. It happens all the time. Gang members drive around with their headlights off, and when someone goes and flashes their high-beams to warn them, they kill them! That’s why I never warn anybody about anything when I drive.” - Sasha

Perks:

Someone’s in the Back Seat! - https://i.imgur.com/LaiVAC0.gif – You become obsessed with one survivor. While in a chase with the obsession, the obsession is exposed, and their aura is revealed in white to all survivors within 30 meters. If any other survivor is looking at the obsession in a 45/40/35 degree cone up to 40/30/20 meters away, the effect is nullified.

“Every now and then I fall apart” – Michelle Mancini

Hex: Do Not Disturb - https://i.imgur.com/Nd09NQb.png – A hex rooting its power on hope. When a generator is completed, for the next 10/20/30 seconds, injuring any survivor will injure any survivors who contributed to the generator’s completion. A new generator activating will override who is affected, not add to the targets. Can only injure survivors, not put them into the dying state. (Modifiers, ie, Sloppy Butcher would NOT be applied to anybody not directly attacked. Hex is revealed to survivors when a generator is completed to those who were working on it, however cleansing the hex will not remove the effect if it’s currently activated, just prevent the effect from triggering on all future gens.)

“Aren’t you glad you didn’t turn on the light?”

Boyfriend’s Body - https://i.imgur.com/GSnkInU.jpg – While a survivor is hooked, all survivors suffer a 15% repair speed penalty. If a generator is completed while a survivor is hooked, all generators stall and cannot be repaired for 10/15/20 seconds. Both effects are temporarily disabled if the killer is within 16 meters of the hooked survivor.

“Don’t start the car.” – Damon

Mori: Pop Rocks and Draino:

A new take on the old classic, pop rocks and soda may not be fatal, but a stomach full of draino sure is. The Legend forces the tube of a beer bong down the throat of the survivor and tips in pop rocks and draino, the survivor chokes and a fountain of blood sprays out as they collapse.

Survivor:

Reese Wilson - https://i.imgur.com/2in3whm.jpg

Background:

This had never been where Reese pictured her life ending up. When she was younger, the movie ‘Coffy’ had given her a passion. She always pictured herself like the heroine of the film, a badass vigilante, righting the wrongs of the world and looking great at the same time. But Reese learned the hard way that life isn’t like it is in the movies, and wound up in a campus security job at Pendleton University, struggling to even become a cop.

When a psychopath started murdering students using urban legends, Reese’s shot at being a badass hero came. The Dean of the University chalked the strange events up to pranks on the anniversary of a massacre, the cops turned a blind eye, leaving Reese the only person to protect the vulnerable students.

Sadly, in her moment of triumph, Reese was stabbed and then shot by the killer who fled. Reese would live to fight another day, but she realised she had failed in her one chance to live her dream. Suddenly, she found herself lying in a dark field, no longer bleeding, but lost and confused. Reese wasn’t cut out for being a vigilante, but her fierce will, and desire to protect others would serve her well in the fog.

Perks:

Serve and Protect – It’s a thankless job, but someone’s got to do it. Taking a hit which protects another survivor (not including while a survivor is being carried) extends the successful hit animation by 50/75/100%, however leaves the user broken for 100/80/60 seconds. Alternatively, can include while a survivor is being carried, though has a global cooldown between survivors of 100/80/60 seconds.

“You know what really chaps my hide? The way you pledged an oath to serve and protect, and then you don’t give a rat’s ass when something really happens!” – Reese Wilson

That’s My Sister, Baby – If there is an obsession in the match, their aura is revealed to you permanently, and you perform altruistic actions 30/40/50% faster towards them. If the obsession survives the match, you will also receive 100% of the survival blood points that they do. Deceases your chances of being the obsession.

“Oh great, Rent-a-Cop to the rescue!” – Brenda Bates

Trust Your Instincts – You believe the victims when others doubt their honesty. When the killer is in a chase with another survivor and gains bloodlust, their aura is revealed to you, and allies within 8 meters, for 5 seconds/10 seconds/Until bloodlust is lost.

“Urban legend my ass.” – Reese Wilson
