With this change, you're just gonna be seeing more and more of perks like Pentimento, Thana / Gift of pain stacking or Gen block stacking perks because they took away the only reliable regression perk worth having going forward.

overcharge just needs to give an actually hard to hit skill check, lets be honest, it isnt hard to hit a centered on screen clockwise skill check

Honestly, with it being Doctor's perk, I wouldn't mind giving it his effects by default. Would probably be horrible with him though lol

They should have just removed it's ability to stack with other regression speed perks. It'd be fine.

I still don't understand how every single gen regression perk got nuked except the one that requires buying a licensed F tier killer. like I really don't want to be cynical but....

I think that, over the 30 seconds of build-up time, the skillcheck could get faster and faster to a maximum of 50% or so.
the longer the gen regresses, the more likely survivors will miss the skillcheck and award you with 15% regression. it would probably kill low level lobbies though, so i don't think they'd do it. either way, that skillcheck is stupidly easy to hit and it could be a little harder at the very least.
