Hiding Seeker not updating after escaped and in a locker

Working on my final survivor achievement (again) and I think I have this last one figured out; you need to have escaped pop up in the top right while you are in a locker. Yesterday I had it pop up (the killer was still looking at me in the locker) but because I had "escaped" it worked.
Today I've had it happen twice, in one match and no update on Steam. Not really sure if this is a bug or not and maybe just not updating on Steam, but it's usually pretty fast but I'm reporting it in case it is a bug so I stop working on it.

I just did a match where I got escaped before I stepped into a locker and still got the credit for it.
