SWF shouldn't be able to use map offerings.
Because they literally have enough advantages as it is why do they need to have the ability to take a survivor-sided map as well?
I had a pallet smashing mission "Destroy 25 pallets" and I got taken to Meat factory and did 16 before the game ended and not including the rest of them.

No sometimes they break up the monotony, getting huge maps constantly in a row isn't fun so sometimes you can force a map change.
SWF however don't need that.
Edit: Tried to play Hag, survivors popped Dredges map now... fun.
AFK corner time this place has almost the same pallet count as meat factory.

So your saying a killer should be ok to being a map offering but not swf because of getting consistently bad maps. So if a swf is getting RPD, Midwitch and Lerys a couple of games in a row they shouldn't be allowed a change?
So what about solo q players? Can they bring map offerings since they don't have swf advantages? You said survivors brought a map offering but you said nothing about it being a swf. Maybe a solo q player, with no swf advantages brought it.
The Garden Of Joy doesn't have the same pallet count as The Game.
Map offerings give an unfair advantage to one side and they should be removed.

Not really, her traps are just a lightshow they don't hurt survivors.
They've already vaulted by the time you can teleport to it and she's too slow.

I think map offerings should go to but I have a conflict with it, it would destroy Scatch Mirror Myers. That addon will never get used again, you need an indoor map.

Honestly, I use offering just if I get like a crap ton of the same map and I'm tired of it. XD Also, it's REALLY handy when you have an objective. I get most of my hard objectives done on The Game for some reason.

Why should one side be able to pick maps but not the other. Either leave them the way they are or delete the offering for both sides

i guess they exist because the map rotation isnt evenly distributed, most of my trapper games this update is on crows nest, my ghostface games are on Haddonfield. This rotation i am almost sure that the most used maps are Dredge map, Haddonfield,Crows Nest, Jigsaw and Pied Piper.
I think you are pretty bold to ask for not giving swf map offerings, i agree with you but the community of swf players will not like it at all.
Maybe blocking the option for 3+ player groups only, or make the map banning suggestion that the community give almost every month.
Also dont get mad when the "Just use the offering to not allow map offerings" people come here, because they will come and demand you to magically predict when someone will use a map offering

This wouldn't even be an issue if maps were fixed properly. Rather then getting rid of map offerings, I wish that maps would be properly rebalanced so I don't feel my soul implode whenever my Trapper loads in on Mother's Dwelling.

I know I'm not the only one who's said this for the past couple of years but map offerings need to be either removed entirely from the game or inverted for both sides
For those that don't understand, this would mean that map offerings 'tremendously' increase the chance of NOT going to a specific map instead of people handpicking maps that synergize with their SWF/Killer + Perks & Addons. Its really annoying when you spot an obvious SWF in the pregame lobby and then you see multiple Ormond offerings as a weak M1 killer or you're playing SoloQ and get bent fast because a Killer picked an oppressive build on Midwich and your gigabrain teammates pre-dropped all of the good pallets you can possibly use in the very first chase leaving you with nothing when its your turn. A lot of those lobbies feel like you got outplayed by the game more than the other players in your lobby
That's the only fair compromise I've thought of but I still prefer that they get taken entirely out of the game and BHVR finds a way to change their RNG system for maps. I played on Coldwind Farm 4 straight matches last night without a single map offering played and then Macmilan 3 times in a row right after that (1 was an offering). There's no way that people should be going to the same 1-2 maps out of all the ones we have, its pretty embarrassing considering theres not that many unique maps to begin with

Making different rulesets for players who choose to play with their friends is childish. No other game has a mechanism which discourages players to join matches together. Rather, solo players should be buffed to the same level of SWF, and killer should be buffed to compensate. Then, every type of player will be of approximate equal strength.

You're half right, no one should be able to use them as they either should not exist or be reversed (use map offering x = you WON'T go to realm x).
