New progression system with Stranger Things content

How will this work for Steve, Nancy, and Demo? Will there be no rewards for prestige 1-3 and 7-9? Or will we still get their perks unlocked on everyone even though they are considered basic perks now?

    I think in the PTB, Prestige 1-3 didn’t unlock the perks on other characters as they are general perks now.

    but prestige 7-9 still unlocked the charms with the original icons - which some saw as a hint that BHVR and Netflix are bringing the old (and new) Stranger Things content back to DbD…

    They are, but it should still unlock them for those who put effort into them imo. Not like it would really cost BHVR anything. If you don't own them, then you'd have to get the globally. But if you own the you should be able to unlock their perks through prestige.
