It's 2022 and I still don't know how the devs didnt think about this before

Solution: After hooking a survivor his chainsaw can only be activated if hes 10~15m from hook

Just like Twins can't use Charlotte to facecamp survivors while controlling Victor, they could use the same range to apply that

    Abusable by Survivors. Lets rush hooks so bubba can't do nothing about it + as well lets get chased around hooked person so he can't down us anyway.

    Camping Bubba is fine.

    So the Leatherface starts revving his chainsaw at 10m and then walks closer as you go to unhook.

    extremely abusable by survivors

    IMO it should be:

    • revving your chainsaw near a hooked survivor increases overheat an insane amount

    just so if people play around it and bait you into revving you get overheated and punished. Would help against bad Bubbas camping but good ones would camps just as well.

    Also why is Bubba allowed to use his ability without a penalty like other killers?

    Trapper can't place traps.

    Artist can't place birds.

    Twins can't swap.

    So imo he should get someone punished as well without taking his ability away.

    Trapper can though, just not under the hook.

    Imo, Killers who cant use their Power to defend the Hook always suck to play cause you always run around, not knowing why your power never does whats its supposed to do. Twins however is a basket case however.
