Mindbreaker and Sprint Burst Interaction

Hello,

I was talking in a discord with people about sprint burst's interaction with mind breaker. Right now if a survivor is already exhausted, mind breaker pauses the exhaustion timer - even if it is under the 5 seconds that mind breaker would apply had the survivor not been exhausted. This allows sprint burst users to 99 their sprint burst, taking advantage of a killers perk. Would it make sense to have mindbreaker set the exhaustion timer to 5 seconds if the timer is currently below 5 seconds? And if the time is above 5 seconds, it simply pauses the timer as it does today.
