Will new killers/survivors not have the prestige background?

I currently have everyone p3 so I am ready for the update to get the prestige backgrounds, but what about characters introduced after that? will they stay blank? It will look ugly if some have the prestige background and others dont...

Good point, as l also have all p3 survivors and killers, l don't want the colors of the portraits to get mixed up.

Tbh background is a lame reward, a simple p3 shirt for every char would be a great improvment
