2 Missing Survivors purchased for 9,000 Iridescent Shards issue

Hey, i have 2 missing survivors that i purchased for shards. Jane and Jeff, as always they were available for me, i have p3 on them. Is that an issue? It happened to me like 5 times, it's annoying. I already restarted the game, and Steam.

This isn't a bug I've personally encountered on Steam. I've got a mix of survivors, some at P3, some not.
If restarting steam hasn't solved the issue, then I imagine your best bet is to contact their support team: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us
