Would make this perk much more useful and be better than Sprint burst.
1. Make activateable when you do a fast vault any time, no longer just chase.
2. Secondary affect.
A. You medium vault windows 50% faster or
B. You only need 0.5 meters of run up momentum for a fast vault. Balanced Landing gets you loops that you would only be able to make with it. Make lithe have a similar effect letting you fast vault windows you normally can't fast vault.
