The Scorned

Weapon: Fire Poker

Size: Tall

Speed: 4.4 m/s


Power: Scorthed Earth

Special Attack: Fireball

Throw a series of 3 fireballs that have a 3 second cooldown before being able to throw more. If a fireball hits a survivor they suffer from the status effect Ignited. After 10 seconds they will lose a health state unless certain actions are done.

Vaulting a window or other vault location will extinguish the flames, but pass on the status to any survivor that vaults though afterward. It takes 15 seconds for a vaulting location with flames to extinguish.

Vaulting a pallet will extinguish the flames, but pass the status to any survivor that vaults over afterward. After 15 seconds if the pallet is not reset the pallet will break.

Entering a locker will extinguish the flames completely.

Being damaged at all will extinguish the flames completely.

Special Attack: Meltdown

Successful hits with fireballs charge up Meltdown. Once it's full you can activate it and unleash a devastating attack. Slowdown to 1m/s while channeling. It takes 3.5 seconds to fully channel. After fully channeled release an AOE attack the size of your terror radius that will instantly put any survivor into the dying state that is not behind cover or in a locker.

Perks

Burning Hatred: If a survivor saves another survivor while they are being carried, they scream, drop any item they are carrying and suffer from the Exposed status for 25/35/45 seconds.

Scourge Hook: Ashes to Ashes: This perk turns 4 random hooks into Scourge hooks. If a survivor is hooked on a Scourge hook the following effect happens.

If a survivor is holding an item when hooked it loses 30/40/50% of its charges and healed survivors item consumption rates increase by 10% until injured.

Supernova: After being stunned by a pallet or locker gain a 15% Haste effect for 3/4/5 seconds. This perk then goes on cooldown for 30 seconds.
