mistake in fengmin ballerina costume

If you look carefully at the skirt error of the ballerina costume in this link, it looks like the costume is stuck to the leg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVmzHic1O70
and I think the mistake will be noticeable if the 1st mistake on the skirt of this ballerina costume is compared with the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9EwDq-y4ak you can even notice the error-free version of the animation in the costume by fast forwarding the video, I think the error in this costume has been around for a long time.
