Elodie's HUD Portrait

This is certainly not a drastic, huge suggestion. However, about a year or so ago, Elodie's in-match HUD portrait was reworked. I believe the original intention was to keep her portrait's face around the same, consistent scale as the other survivors. Understandable! However, part of what makes Elodie her is her amazingly designed hair! Always been a fan. The team NAILED her character select portrait and were able to give dimension and texture to her hair that looked natural and seamless! The current portrait makes her hair look "Photoshopped", matted down, and unnatural (in my opinion).


Originally, she was released before the survivor's portraits were used in the HUD. After the HUD rework (then re-rework), Elodie's HUD portrait incorporated the majority of her hair just like her select portrait. However, after another patch was made, I believe the developers chose to increase the scale of portrait (hers was almost like a bust-and-up instead of a collarbone-and-up). The finished product has NEVER sat right with me, and I am finally going to make this topic to suggest the art team relook at this :)

When seen on the screen, it appears to have been cropped quite crudely, and makes her almost look like a totally different person. This is simply a suggestion to relook at her HUD portrait and consider improving it! :)
