We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
All Survivors P3+ But not all perks unlocked?

Hi, I have all my characters at P3+ yet not every perk has been unlocked for them? Steve's perks are appearing in the bloodwebs for some survivors (Dwight) but Steve is P6.
Should I not have 8 pages of perks as I have every single survivor above P3?
Playing on PS5.

Steve technically has no teachables. They are now basic perks.

So any basic perk won't unlock automatically for characters? Annoying but okay.
