Was Guardian taken into account with the Haste/Endurance Unhook changes.

Guardian still states that it grants a haste effect for 8 seconds as if the new mechanics never existed.

The question is, does it double the speed boost to 14% for the first 8 seconds, does it increase the Haste duration for 8 seconds, or does it not stack at all and only extend the duration for 3 seconds.

    I'm also wondering this since I've been running guardian a lot lately. If not, I hope it doesn't take the months to address the perk like it has in the past with other perks that were rendered useless with changes. It does add no scratch marks and pools of blood, so that might be the distinguishing factor, but the duration should at least match.
