BHVR, I think your incentives are bugged!
Hey BHVR, so im in EU right now. I can see I will get +100% for playing Survivor, yet somehow I have to wait 10min to find a Trial. But playing Killer I get a trial instantly. Surely the incentives should be placed for Killers, right? or Have we misunderstood how its supposed to work?
UPDATE 1: Mandy has confirmed reports about long wait times, this may or may not be unrelated to Incentives. But it confirms the symptoms.
UPDATE 2: Matchmaking Incentives have been Killswitched.

Yeah, it seems to be bugged. For me it shows also +100% on survivor, but the queue is very long. Killer queue is instant.
Maybe they changed the meaning: don't worry, you wait long, but as a compensation get more bloodpoints :D

The reason you get the incentive is to play the underplayed side, why would they give you a bonus for the role that has an instant que?

Well the thing is if ita underplayed you shpuld find a game instantly like killer queque not like 3 mins

Because the side with the faster queue time is the side that needs more players.

is that not the whole point of a incentive ? To get people to play the side that needs more? Ie surviour queues are long…. No 1 is playing surviour so give people extra to play that side

You have it mixed up...
Survivor queue is long, because there are a lot of survivor players in the queue waiting to be able to play, but there are no killers to play against.
Killer queue is short because there are no killer players.

I can confirm your findings. Survivor incentives were at 100% yesterday, yet queue times were really bad, meanwhile killer was pretty much instant. I am wondering if the incentives do not take in count MMR and it's just region-based. So, while there might be a huge lack of survivors, it might be only at certain MMR ranges.
