prestige progress reverted
Yesterday, I prestiged many of my characters, so that they'd be at p3 once the update came out. Yoichi, Jeff, Jane, and Felix to name a few. But for whatever reason, those prestiges got reverted. So I logged on today, and it was as if none of those prestiges had ever happened, and none of them have any prestige progress.
Is there a fix for this?
To make things stranger, it appears like many of my characters have a lot more tier 1 perks than they did prior to the update, which would suggest that those other characters ARE at prestige 1, even though the game shows that they aren't. And, the perks should be at tier 3, since they were at prestige 1 yesterday.

Any teachables you had unlocked before the update were automatically unlocked at tier 1 on every applicable character, regardless of anyone's prestige level.
So if you had Meg at level 40 with all 3 of her teachables unlocked, her 3 perks unlocked on all other survivors at tier 1 even if she never went past level 40.
That explains your extra tier 1 perks, but unfortunately I can't explain why your prestige levels reverted.

Open a ticket. Done this too.
Many prestige levels are not there and atleast 140 survivor levels are missing. From my side atleast.

After you prestiged, did you go back to the main menu? The game has a weird saving thing where it would not save your bloodweb, loadout, etc. if you quit the game without saving.
In my case I prestiged Jonah to p3 and quit without going back to the main menu nor playing another game. When I logged back in, I was back at p2 level 50.
Best I can say is what everyone else said: try a support ticket.

I noticed that a character I had brought up to Prestige 1 had lost it after I shut off and restarted the game.
The point is, for whatever reason the game didn't save the act of Prestiging. I had to spend blood to save my progress. So if you got on Monday night and clicked the prestige button on several characters but didn't do a single thing other than that you probably didn't save that happening and when you closed the game they all reverted.
