Scourge hook bug?

I'm playing with scourge hook perks, and i notice that there are scourge hooks broken showing for the map, even they are broken, like they are still up... maybe was the map, the new one of the Dredge

    You can always see the glowing white of scourge hooks even if they're broken. It's confusing if you don't pay attention or forget where you hooked the person who died. You shouldn't be able to see the aura through things though, if that was the case then yeah probably a bug.
