We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Jake Park Levi-Outfit doesn't make Sounds?

I don't know if it's intended but the Levi-Skin for Jake doesn't have Sound Effects unlike the other AOT-Skins.

I hope they fix this as it is a little upsetting that pretty much every other AOT skin has custom sound effects.
