PC Plagues infect survivors way more quickly than Console Plagues

I can't be the only one who notices this. When I play Plague on PS4, I can be perfectly tracking the survivor with the Vile Purge but the infection barely registers. As survivor, it's as easy to distinguish between a console Plague and PC Plague as it is a Nurse on console versus PC. PC Plagues skip health states with Vile Purge (without add-ons) whereas it's a fraction registered when the console Plague uses it.

Deathslinger and Huntress are my most played killers, I know how to use ranged attacks in this game. This furthers the problem with universal buffs to killers. "Killer" isn't really a term that can be used generally when there is so much differentiation between characters, platform, and input. Turning off crossplay, for last gen console at least, is probably the most effective way to bring balance to the game at this point.
